Any one have this problem? I cannot print bank statements. I.E, no print option appears. Bank web help person informs me that the only way with Windows 10 to print a bank statement is to print screen and paste to MS Word. With 8.1 I got a nice preview and a full page print out. Now a barely readable print screen copy.
Just a comment....thank goodness for UHH and their help with photograph loving folks with other than photography issues.

I have no experience with Win 10.
Just curious, did you buy a new machine with Win 10 or did you upgrade an existing machine?
Others have commented about troubles they have had. I don't remember if they said if they had a new machine or upgraded.
Thanks!
Pat
I did not buy a new machine. Mine is only a few years old. The gentleman at the bank was sure my problem was with Windows 10 and not the bank or my computer. Stay tuned, JP, more insight should appear soon

Your bank statement is a PFD file. BTW: You can always copy anything on the screen (without a screen shot) and paste it into a Word doc. Highlight the bank statement, press CTRL and C to copy, open a blank Word doc, click anywhere and press CTRL and V to paste.
The format might not be perfect, but it will replicate the statement. If you don't have Word, you do have Wordpad, built into Windows.
Just curious. Since all your statements are viewable online, what prompts you to print them?
Hope this helps,
Mark
Thanks Mark for your reply, and thanks for the help you have provided in the past.
I like to have a printed record of my on line bank payments to attach with the corresponding bill. Paranoid I guess, but I have more faith in a printed copy in my file with a confirmation number on it. Once the bank sent my payment to the wrong place and that printed sheet was most valuable. A hard copy is especially valuable in the event of a computer crash, which, of course, can happen at any time.
Before Win 10 (which really works great for the most part) I could right click on the confirmation statement and have full page preview, then a full page print. Win 10 does not allow that so I must print screen, copy a rather poor copy to MS word and have a barely readable copy for the records. So I was wondering why the change with Win 10... which the IT guy at the bank confirmed. Going the extra steps for a substandard copy simply does not make sense with an OS that is meant to be an improvement.
Thanks again for your concern.

At my bank(s), I can download any statement (in PDF form), then print. Or, are you trying to print something other than the statement.
Thanks for the response. I may be wrong, but I suspect the bank has to write new code so that you can do what was done in Win 7/8.
Funny - Before completing this note to you, I opened another browser window, logged onto my bank, navigated to my statements and attempted to download one. Up popped Adobe, and it installed a new version of Adobe Reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader DC). I installed it.
I'm wondering if that might solve your problem. Maybe the "older version" of Adobe Reader is not compatible with Win 10. You might want to pursue that - it might be the issue you are facing.
Good luck,
Mark

Same problem as you. Copy the PDF file and paste to your word processor. Pain in the neck but it works for clear paper copy.
I have a somewhat related glitch with Win 10 re connecting to my all-in-one Canon printer/scanner/fax. I can print but cannot scan. And I don't ever use the fax.
My old Win 7 computer died and I bought a new Win 8.1 computer days before the Win 10 release. Then I promptly upgraded to Win 10.
Scanning is important t me as I am in the process of scanning my departed parents treasure trove of pictures. They encompass my childhood and much more.
Photography then was not what it is today and many of the pictures have degraded. Thanks for Photoshop which allows me to do much restoration and I am still learning about its many features.
I know one option is to use my digital camera to take pictures of the old photos and import that into my computer and Photoshop. But I shouldn't have to do that. I am seriously considering installing Win 7on a second disc drive so I can have the option to boot Win 7 or Win 10. That should get me my scanner back.
Apologies for the rambling rant.

Does Control + P not work on Windows 10?
Have win 10 and just printed my bank statements with no problems.
Here's what I did:
Selected bank account
Rt. clicked selected print
Printer did it's thing and out came the statement.
My bank is wells fargo.
If you have some spare dollars, I have a bank account that I use for the Nigerian folks who want to give me millions.
Only kidding, hope you get your problem solved
did you look at the web site of the manufacturer of the printer to see if they had an updated driver?
If so download it and install it and then try printing.
If there is no updated driver, try removing the print driver and then reinstalling it.

Also, windows 10 has a built in PDF printing / creator built in.
Brilliant! Yes it does....

Cool Soda!! Seems as if you are getting all the small, "kinks" out. Glad to hear you like Win 10.
Having a few "kinks' keeps you busy & out of trouble! LOL
