Windows 10 Must Haves

I have read many articles about Windows 10. My first reaction to using it is mixed. But what I have learned about what Microsoft has done scares me. If you don't turn off certain features they can monitor everything you do on your machine (NSA in action?). I have listed three apps in order of what I consider important to any user of Windows 10:

1) Here is a must need app. It will scare you with what Microsoft has added to “SPY” on what you do with your computer. This app shows you what can be transmitted to “whomever”. I turned about 90% on the one PC that I am testing with. Stop Windows 10 spying dead in its tracks with one free app. “DoNotSpy10”

2) This app puts Control Panel on Steroids. It also shows things you can also turn off or on. It is one Windows 10 tweak every user needs: “GodMode”

Be careful on the typing to get the exact nomenclature:
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

3) Windows 10 does not let you use the gadgets that you liked in Windows 7. Here is how to get them back.

Good luck and keep reading to find out more about the "New and Improved Windows".

Read the comments at the bottom of the page in the first link. A lot of folks are saying that it is not a good idea to download that tool.

Just use Windows 10 with a local account.

How do you setup a local account?
