Both our grandsons had birthday's this week and have been hoping for a camera, we did not disappoint them! They were truly excited to have their own cameras!

Very sensible gifts, Rena. Anything to get kids away from their cyber world & into the sunshine is a plus. I'm sure they will love their cameras, & they have a good photography teacher, too. :-) :D

The second photo reminded me of my Visit to Japan, When something news worthy goes on there it's like 3,000 photos at 8:00. Glad were seeing the next generation of shutter bugs.

You'll have to post the shots they took of each other in the second picture.

Well done, RE! Now how about taking them on some photo-op local trips?? Will enhance your grand-parenting opportunities and increase your time with them and will give you an opportunity to help them learn as new photographers.

I gave my son and daughter-in-law their first digital camera many years ago, and they are now wedding/graduation/etc photographers.
