Milky Way Mountaintop Pano

I shot this last night. I hiked in over 6 miles to get to this mountaintop. I have done very little post processing (nothing more than levels tweaking).

I still have over 100 pics to go. Once the moon rose, I pulled out my sleeping bag and went to sleep watching these same stars.

25 seconds shutter, 4000 is f/2.8 is what I used.

The second image is the winner for me also. I like the higher detail and color in the foreground which compliments the overall image.

There were some other people on the mountain with a telescope, so I couldnt light paint until they shut down.
