Regis asked me to post some more Hummingbirds. I got a couple this morning as well as some other visitors that came in search of breakfast. The light wasn't the best, and I had to bump up the ISO for these. It might be time to pull out the flash.

The Hummingbird is beautiful. I have one that I've gotten a couple shots of, but they are just too quick for me so far.

It's cloudy today. That has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is I get better feather detail. The disadvantage is that I have to use a higher ISO and deal with noise in PP. In many cases, I wait for the HBs to land before I try to get shots and fortunately have enough interesting perches for them that are close to the tripod I have set up on the deck.

Right now it's still overcast, but the light is brighter. I may go out and try again.

Thanks for taking time to visit and comment.

The IQ of No. 1 is especially terrific Vicki -- in anyone's league.

I can certainly identify with the bad lighting, Vicki, but these look beautiful to me, especially your hummer. Lovely detail and a stunning pose.
