Looking through some of last summer's work and found this. Thought I'd see if anyone else like is.

Shot in AP, 1/250, f/16, 135mm ISO=100

Thanks in advance for critiques, comments, suggestions.

To me the clouds are the subject here and should fill the frame more. Getting rid of half of the trees from the bottom would throw your focus more on the clouds.

Thank you Mama. When I get an opportunity I'll work on that aspect. I was undecided exactly how I was going to crop this down. This pic is no crop with a little help from PS4.

The texture of the clouds is so similar to the texture of the trees, seems like this would work well in B&W. Particularly if you could have shot from lower it might have merged the 2

Thanks Terry. Had no choice in the angle as I was on a tower. When I get time I will try a B&W conversion and see what happens.

Think I'd keep this one for possibly future use of the clouds in an image that needs a more dramatic sky, but as a whole image here, not really too interesting. The b&w suggestion is good - might be worth bring-up the trees if you go that way.

magnetoman about said it all. There's no real subject. It's like the sky and the foreground of one of Graham's photos with the rest of the photo missing!! Also, the exposure level is totally wrong.
