Solution for Displaying Windows Upgrade Icon In Taskbar

After many, many hours of research, asking questions on UHH, wearing out Google & reading articles on MS website, I now have the Windows Upgrade Icon displaying in the taskbar. The solution I found is actually very easy!! This may not resolve all issues for everyone, but it may be helpful to some.
I right clicked calendar in taskbar - selected, "customize notifications icons", scrolled down to bottom of the page and checked, "Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar". Voila!! The Windows Upgrade icon was among all the icons, I then unchecked it and the Windows Icon remained.
