Rain brings out the Hawks Canon SX 60

At the Celery Fields in Sarasota the Red Shouldered Hawks were out on the fence surveying all around.
I'm not sure my ID and would appreciate the expertise of those in the know.

The fence was near the road and I was in the road by my car.

I saw one jump off the fence and go to the ground but didn't see any capture.

These are very nice... The one drying the feathers with the sun coming through the wings is very appealing!
