I bought it. I loved it. It's GONE. It quit working.
I called the contact number.
They told me to send in a "ticket" explaining what the problem was.
Sent the ticket.
They told me to uninstall any SPE on my computers and gave me a code number to enter to re-install.
Well, there is NO place to re-install.
I cannot go anywhere on their site.
When I go to their site, I get 2 options...TRIAL VERSION or BUY!
I'm a little more than hissed off!
Anyone else had any problems?
It won't let me into the site with my name and password, won't let me start new...NOTHING.
If anyone has any info, I'd appreciate your passing it on.

A good hint when downloading software is to save it to a different location from where it will be used (external hard drive, etc.) then copy the download to the disk of use and open it there. That way if anything goes wrong (as it apparently did), you can uninstall it, and start all over with the saved program file.
Thats what I do under those circumstances anyway.

DUH! I'm OLD, so don't hit me. I usually do that and it may be on one of my XHDs, but not sure. I never even thought of that.
I will be OK. I will be OK. I will be OK. I will be OK. I will be OK.

Oh! Thanks!

Don't have this program and I am loath to load it just to inspect the registry....

I have a couple of questions...

Did you download the trial version? (Usually this will be unlocked to a full version once you enter the registration key, unless a new version)

Yes, I did, but if I go through that again, it won't let me put in the key til I pay again. I think it's called HOOKED!
Thanks anyway Wolf

Yes, it does. I am extremely hissed off . There is no way to actually contact them. the answers they give you when you send one of their "tickets" do not work. Nothing works.
I tried to go through the trial version again to get back to where I was and it won't even let me in there now.

I finally got the right answer from them and it loaded right back up. Here's hoping I won't have any more trouble.
Thank you ALL for your efforts to help in this matter. We really do have the most thoughtful people here.

I'm totally un-hissed now. See Jo smile! :D
