Multiple Exposure Mode

Using a D7100 and Elements 12; how can you determine which pictures were taken with "Multiple Exposure Mode"? Or do I simply need to track this manually at the time the picture was taken?

Before your first me shot take a picture of your finger. After the me shot take another picture of your finger.

I always use my whole hand, that way I don't have to think about which finger to photograph! :lol:

Seems like I can tell a multiple exposure just by looking at it.

Seems like the discussion is about two kinds of multiple exposure:
1.Take a photo, and "without transporting the film" take another photo. I used to have sone fun with that when still shooting film, but now take separate photos and do the multiple exposures on the computer.
2. Take several photos in burst mode and therefore only on shutter-click.

Some digital camera do offer a mode to do multiple exposures in camera.

Yes, I know. And from the preceding conversation I got the impression that both in-camera multiple exposures and shots in burst mode were referred to, which of course are two different animals....

I get Multiple Exposures (2-3)on my Nikon D5300 and process using Elements 6.
Look in your shooting menu
