Yesterday at 3:25 in the afternoon I ordered a used Sigma 10-20 mm lens for my Nikon DSLRs online from B & H.

At 4:30 pm I have a shipped notice email in my in-box.

This morning at 10:30 am when I come into work, I have the box with a pristine Simgma lens on my desk ..................

Does it get better than this ??? Amazing service !!!!

Hi GC likes NIKON: Dang man... Is their shop on the same block as your work? I'd certainly say that is FAST service... Lots of good shoooting with that new lens.

I've been using B&H for 20 years and have never had a problem. If you e-mail or call with a question you get a straight answer and no pressure to make a purchase. And I've been told their store is like a candy store for photographers.

I purchased a lens and a flash from B & H ...same result....and holy cow it took me 10 minutes to unwrap the bubblewrap! very thoughtful people in their shipping dept....I will definately use them again!!!

I, too, am a big fan of B&H. Although I buy my bodies and lenses from my local camera store (just to help keep them in business), I've bought quite a few things, including some biggish-ticket, non-photo items from B&H. Service is great; shipping at Mach 1 or better. NFI.
