or at least I think it is. Found this hiking at Hocking Hills State Park. I have never seen anything like this so I am hoping one of my fellow Hoggers can come up with an ID.

I have no idea, but I'm guessing it might be a fungus of some sort! Very good, clear shots, Buckeye!
