Here are two views of Chrysler, separated by approximately 30 minutes. Not only was the light quantity different, but the angles and proximity were also different.
Some details - earlier shot
More details - later shot
Very nice. That's a beautiful building.
I like your shots. It would be interesting to see with light compensation may do for the first shot. Gary

Thank you, Jerry. One of my favorites, too. The Empire State Building is #1 favorite in my book :)

Disagree. The Chrysler bldg is a classic Art Deco structure. Each elevator is a unique work of art. Notice the gargoyles on the building. They as well as the top of the building is made of stainless steel. A new alloy when Fritz Chrysler put the design together. Although the Empire State is certianly a magnificent structure, compared to the Chrysler Bldg it's just another tall building

Bob, it's okay and I agree. The Chrysler Building is a work of art, but I still prefer the Empire State Building. Thanks for your opinion.

Love 'em both but I'll put my money on Cass Gilbert's F.W. Woolworth Bldg.

Effate, where is that building located - the F.W. Woolworth Building? In Lower Manhattan?
