I came across these in the middle of an isolated road on the other side of the river. I had to stop to let them cross & their owner pulled up at the same time, so we chatted. All the birds are very quiet, have names, & are pets only (definitely not for the table). Their 'home on the hill' even has solar panels to keep them warm in the winter. Love this post, Earl! Great pics of the turkeys and interesting information. They have a rather nice home up there on the hill. Wonder if they take turns doing the laundry and cooking.
