Or Araniella opisthographa its impossable to tell the differance in this image. It needs a shot more of its rear to differentiate.

Minor point, but I disagree.
I see NO "wrinkles" between Epigyne & spinnerets of your spider, which means cucurbitina rather than opisthographa.
