Help w/ Topaz Glow 64-bit

I need help - for some reason all my presets, features etc. have disappeared and I can not get them to come back. I have re-installed the program and still the feature are not showing backup any more. Help. What can I do to get them back?

Try Ctrl/Cmd P, then select All from the list. That should make your Preset window visible.

Thanks, but that didn't work. Nothing showed up when i selected all.

I had the same problem I need to work with Topaz Help Desk and they finally took control of my computer and fixed the issue
