Hello everyone!!! I bought a Nikkor 24-70 2.8 that I've been using with a D600 and D810, when I use flash ( doesn't matter if it is the speed light or the camera flash ) and the lens at less than 50mm I get a huge black shadow in the pictures. It's not the hood as I did try with and without it... anybody knows what going on here? Thanks in advance!!!

Check your shutter speed.
What is the max synch speed for flash?

If you post a sample picture, it will be easier to come up with an answer.

that's what it looks like to me still after seeing the photo's..
?? do you get this shadow with no flash...
?? when you tried with flash off camera did your pop-up flash fire...when I had this issue it was caused by my pop-up, when I used my speedlight no more issues

It's the shadow of the lens barrel. Use an SB900 or similar flash with sufficient height above the lens C/L.....

how can I fix that problem? I mean... every time that I use flash no matter the position of the camera I will get that shadow?

For your Pro lens you need a Pro flash unit....

Thanks for your advice, but I'm not sure that you read my original post.. I do have a SB700, and it occurs with built in camera flash and the SB700, with difusser, without, with the flash on the camera or with the SB of the camera

As others have mentioned it looks like lens barrel. I have the same issue with a 18-200 on a Canon with the shorter focal lengths. Are you using a hood? If so take it off and see if it makes any difference. Move the speedlight way off of the camera like 6 to 12 inches and try to move it forward of the lens and see what happens.
