I love Mystic. I lived in Charlestown, RI in the early 80's when we were building Millstone unit III in Waterford.CT. Did you eat at Mystic Pizza while you were there?

No, but we did eat at The Rolling Tomato and had a wonderful meal there. The folks were very friendly and I would definitely go there again if the opportunity presents itself.
My husband and I were there about six years ago, but I ended up sick and so did not visit anything other than the aquarium. I was very impressed with Mystic Seaport and the USS Nautilus submarine museum.

I think the one thing that amazed me about those ships is how small the bunks are. You think of them and your image would be some 6 foot plus guy. Not so.

We were there a couple,of years ago and did not get to visit the aquarium. How was it. Is it,worth a return trip just for that

I would tend to agree but I haven't been to the one in Boston. However, it is a larger city, so maybe the resources are there for a better one.
I recently visited the one in Baltimore and that was quite good as well.
