Well, I am starting to learn PS CC.
I started off with one of the wide angles I shot my first time using the Tamron 10-24 on the 7DII.
Learned to redo white balance
Redid the tones, levels etc, color balance, did a slight crop and cloned out a white duck under the bridge that was totaly blown out. (That bright spot was a distraction anyway.)

I was using Program mode with ISO set at 400 because I had been using the 150-600 taking pictures of an Egret.

I used 24mm and the camera picked f10 @ 1/200.

Most of the picture was over exposed, I just checked, I also forgot to take it off spot metering when I swapped lenses. That is why only the bridge was properly exposed.

I shot 8 frames with the 10-24 before I had to leave to finish my errands. One was properly exposed, I accidentally pushed the shutter while moving the camera and the spot was pointed towards the sky over the bridge. The sky, clouds and tree tops were exposed nearly perfectly.

My best excuse, I was pi**ed off because after taking pictures of the Egret and tired of waiting for it to take off I decided to switch lenses. I am standing there with a lensless camera around my neck, a 150-600 I had just zipped into the case and the 10-24 in my hand when a little kid in the park yelled and the Egret took off. Just below my eye level, slow, from right to left about 30-40 feet in front of me. Murphey was laughing his a** off. I was standing frozen and thinking some not nice words.

Here is the near perfect sky and tree top: 24mm, f16, 1/500, ISO 400, spot meter. OOC

Been there done that... You are braver than I am because I rarely take chances on changing lens outside. I'm a bit paranoid in that I guess. Whatever lens I have on is it for the day. I've been looking to purchase a second dslr to carry. I sometimes hike long distances so I'm not sure I want to carry more than one.
