I got word this morning that the surf was coming over the walls in the Harbour of Refuge at high tide 5:30 am. I wasn't prepared to run down there so decided I'd go down at high tide at 5:30 pm. We left dinner in the oven to cook, but alas, just an ordinary tide. The skies were still grey from the storm that just passed but still a great view from the top of the Fisherman's Memorial lookout built on top of a WWII bunker. Thought you might enjoy a look at our little corner of the world this week. Hopefully the sun will come out over the next few days.
