I drove over the range to NV yesterday and shot the cameras for a couple of hours. It was very hot. Have to go when the temps get more reasonable.

Great photos. I was out at Ft Irwin doing my summer two weeks with the tanks and came across a dessert tortoise lying on his back blowing the pads of his feet to cool them off.

Corolyn, this location is just on the other side of the Sierra Nevada from me. In a couple of hours, I can be at the ocean , or the desert, or the high sierra. It depends on whether I point the car East or West. Sometimes it is difficult to choose - though I prefer the desert and high sierra.. :thumbup:
