Great shots of an iconic aircraft. Saw my first one while stationed at HQ SAC, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. When they took off all of us in base housing knew it ... shook the dishes in the cupboards.

Yes Tom, When it takes off you can feel the vibrations in your bones, really loud, but funilly enough it is a nice iconic sound. It will be a sad day when it is grounded for good, but the aircraft museum that will house it is only 3 miles down the road.

Lovely! Thanks. Last one I saw in the air was at Pease AFB, NH when it was making a last tour of the bases they had visited during active service.
