Interesting image. It could be more interesting with some post processing. If that interests you then you can post the image in the post processing forum.
I'd rotate it to the right, crop a little, and bring up clarity and detail in the sky.

It looks like this photograph was taken somewhere near Bordeaux which is the south west corner of France near the Spanish border.
Have you been in that region ?

Yes, we were on a cruise and we were on a smaller ship that could navigate the port. Just a typical village. J. R.

I was on a small cruise ship and it was able to get in the harbor.just a typical village. I do remember the fresh oysters. J. R.
