You can sent photos to your computer or other device, such as an I-Pad or smart phone, provided they have wi-fi. To send to the cloud you need an internet connection so I don't believe you can do it directly. I would image that that you could automatically upload to the cloud once the photo has been transferred to the device. Probably can do the same with Facebook, etc. Never tried it, so I am only guessing, but it seems it would be doable. I have transferred to my computer, but it was very slow compared to just taking the card out of the camera and putting it in the computer. Only did it once or twice.

I have a camera with wi fi. I bluetooth it to my iphone. Last weekend at the lake I put my camera on the tripod, turned the wifi on, and took pics using my phone. Also downloaded pics from the camera to the phone so I could send them out. I don't know about the computer, but on my Iphone I just have to have them paired. Of course you need to download the app first.
My two smaller cameras have built in Wi-Fi. They are hot spots for remote control and photo transfer only. The camera cannot get to the web since it is much like a wireless router. I downloaded the camera manufacturer's software on my phone and tablet which allows some remote control and image viewing.
I use Cam Ranger with a DSLR and basically it is the same thing. This allows wireless tethering using a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.

My printer has Wi-Fi. Can I "print" pictures to the cloud? :D
Although I asked this question as a joke, it's probably possible.
