Hi, I have been reading the UHH for about a month now(which I enjoy) and thought I would introduce myself. I am retired, in Victoria,BC and took up photography to keep me busy.
I am a Canon shooter, I know that offends some of you Nikoners but OH WELL!! Lol!
My cousin shoots a Nikon so I like to give him a bad time and he dishes it back.
I photograph mostly landscapes, animals and birds. Just like some of you I like to see what new equipment is coming out, but am on a limited budget.
I also take a lot of photos of my grandkids.

Welcome to the forum Ramied. It's not the equipment that makes the artist - it's the passion. I'm always a little jealous when I see someone whose retired. I have a few years to go, but I'm so looking forward to it!

Welcome , I'm recently retired also, and a Canon shooter, remember battles are won by Canons, VBG, Bob.

Welcome.
Spent a couple days in Victoria last summer after
an Alaskan cruise. Very beautiful area. Gave thoughts
about retiring there.
Send some photos when you get a chance.
Dave

Welcome Ramled. And it doesn't matter what you shoot with.
We are about a passion for phtography. We don't care if you use a Kodak Brownie. I wish I had an old one . lOL
