I.D. needed: Sharp-shinned or Coopers Hawk?
Need your help IDing this hawk.
Please chime in,
Thank you in advance,
A.J.
Yellow Supraorbital ridge?
While there isn't much difference between the two, my guess is this is a Sharp-shinned. (From what I can see in the Sibley book.)

I think this one is a Cooper's Hawk. He was on my neighbor's roof. I have a family of them out in my back yard almost every day.

Hi Tom Great photos
I believe your hawks are Red-shouldered Hawks, the second being a juvenile.

Thanks. Appreciate the compliment.

Thanks, Pixelpixie88, I believe it is a Sharpie also.
I heard from Cornell's Project FeederWatch I.D. program,
according to Anne Marie, she is leaning toward a Sharp-shinned Hawk from what she sees but not totally positive.
I am enclosing more photos of the same hawk, and let others decide to what they believe the hawk to be.
I believe it to be a Sharpie because of the Yellow Supraorbital Ridge above eye.
