The spots you show in the blue shot aren't terrible. First try something like the Giottos Rocket. If you aren't bothered by spots in your actual pictures, you might want to wait a while. Cleaning can be a nuisance. You swipe the sensor and see that the original spots are gone, but now there are four new ones. And so it goes.

My understanding is that this does not really clean the sensor but rather it post-processes the image to remove the specks. I'll take a look, but I seem to remember reading that it's intended as something to be used to get by until you can properly clean the sensor.
Most upper end cameras now have an ultrasonic sensor "cleaner" attached to the sensor. With my Olympus, and I believe with most others, it shakes the sensor once a new lense has been attached to the camera to get rid of any dust on the sensor that might have got in. When contamination gets in that attachs itself to the sensor such it can not be loosened by the ultrasonic vibrations, one must go in a physical remove it very carefully. The picture provided shows something that I believe will not be removed by ultrasonic vibrations.
My opinion I would be really upset with a minor blemish. You pay a lot of money to get a quality product and you shouldn't have anything on the sensor. Maybe I expect to much but you only have had the lens off twice! What are the chances of getting a spot on the sensor? It wouldn't matter whether I could put up with it. I am perinoid enough to notice it in every shot I took. I am lucky to have what I have and I baby it more than some but I may never be able to get another one but I expect to get what I paid for. If I am wrong correct me. I feel fortunate to have you all if I needed to know how to clean mine or for anything I need to know how to fix a problem though and that makes me more confotable than you all know. I appreciate all of you more than you know. Thank you all for adopting me into The Hog Family...
