I have often wondered why Galahs have different coloured eyes...today I found out. Males have the dark eyes, females the pink..
I wondered if this also applied to Gulls but in their case I believe it's because of different species and not sex related...
Ventured out into the rain and wind yesterday when I saw these guys on the lawn across the road...
D7100, Nikkor 70-300mm...

Good ones, Ron. Looking at the eyes, #1 is 'Cocky'--#2 is 'Polly'?
