Drugs and doctors.
According to the internet there have been over ninety thousand people killed by these drugs some doctors prescribe. The FDA keeps approving drugs that kill people probably daily. Almost as many doctors misdiagnose diseases and many people die from that. I don't want to run down all doctors because surely some still believe in trying to cure a disease. I believe the problem is doctors are scared to try anything not on the reccomended agenda. One example is this, are you aware that doctors in Norway put a small amount of chemo in with insulin and insulin being cancer food, the chemo goes right to the cancer and kills off only the cancer cells. I asked my girlfriend to ask her oncologist about this procedure and she was told that he could not deviate from the mormal treatment or he might be sued. Lets stop this now, and untie the hands of our doctors and prevent any legal action against them period. They need to be free to try new treatments and idea's without being held in bondage. Until someone fixes this problem we will continue to have the worst medical system on earth.

If you outlaw guns only the bad guys will have guns. You can't take away all the rules or you'd probably have many more deaths. Your point is well taken but it goes too far in my estimation. If you take away some of the rules and keep only the good ones, perhaps that would help. But to take away all the rules is to invite disaster.

I don't know what drugs you are talking about, but if it's "according to the internet" It must be true. If you want your doctor to try out untested drugs on you and give up the right to sue for malpractice, more power to you.
Ii would think we need fine tune this.
