Mount Shasta - from the East Side.

Many shots of Shasta are taken from the West side because Hwy 5 runs right up her skirt. I was caching with the wife and a friend this weekend and managed to get this one from the opposite side for a change.

It pays to stop the car for a shot now and then. Enjoy.

Sue, it was late in the evening, but the sun worked some light through the layers of cloud cover. We were headed back to the campground and I just had to stop for the last shot of the day.
