Madison Square is formed by the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Broadway at 23rd Street in the New York City borough of Manhattan. The square was named for James Madison, fourth President of the United States. The clock on the Metropolitan Life Tower reads about 3:20 PM. The picture was nice to take because I could sit down on a chair, take three shots at different exposures, and combine them with Photoshop into a high dynamic range image. The individual photos were not inspiring. There was a person standing at the cafe's counter (a distraction) whom I removed afterwards.
