What is the SECOND best book for learning Corel Paintshop Pro X7?

A while back I asked for recommendations for the best book for learning Corel Paintshop Pro X7. The one which seems to be the most favored was "Picture Yourself Learning Corel PaintShop Pro X7" by Diane Koers. This book was not available at the time, has since been released but only in Kindle and I don't do Kindle. While Kindle may be ok for entertainment reading it doesn't suit my style for technical reading.

So with "Picture Yourself Learning Corel PaintShop Pro X7" by Koers not a viable option for me, what is the SECOND best book for learning Corel Paintshop Pro X7? A lot of folks like books by Scott Kelby but so far he hasn't written a book on PSP X7. What else might you folks recommend?

I also have upgraded to Paintshop Pro X7 and would like one of these books. I have one by Diane Koers for X5. I prefer a hard copy so I can just take it off the shelf and look up what I want. I don't have a Kindle and don't need one.

I did print out the user manual that Corel provides, but Diane's books go into more detail.

I don't use Photoshop, but are there books for using it like there are for Paintshop?

Did you go to Amazon and look at the used book for that title. I always get the books I want used at Amazon... low prices and often like new.

There may not be that many used books of the title as X7 is fairly new. Therefore, any books about X7 would be new.

If you want a paper book instead of e-book then the one for X6 is available and 90+% should be relevant.

If you just mean you don't have an e-reader then no problem. Both Amazon and Barnes&Noble Nook have free reading apps for Mac, PC, Android, iPad etc. Then you can use the e-book on your device. Much easier to see pics and diagrams on a full size (or even laptop) monitor and any links will work. I don't use Kindle, I use Nook. Nook has a free app called "Nook Study" designed for textbooks. More features and you can keep multiple books open at once on their own tabs. To find it, and Nook for PC (Win7 and before) you have to do a search as they aren't on the main page, that is Nook for Windows 8. You may get the page where they tell you Nook Study has been replaced by "Yuzu", I haven't tried that one. And through google you can even find a Nook app that removes DRM and allows converting between e-formats. That one you pay for and I don't know who publishes it.

There are video tutorials on PSP X7, both on Corel's own site and YouTube among others.

"Learning Corel PaintShop Pro X7" has been released ONLY in the Kindle version, it has not been released in print.

Maybe the poster doesn't want to have to use an iPad, etc. Maybe they just want to grab a book and look something up. It's so much easier.

Yes Diane Koers has a book on Pro X6 as well that will cover 90% of Pro7. She tries to cover both photos and graphics that PaintShop can do. To answer your question about the second book look at PaintShop Pro X6 for Photographers by Ken McMahon. He might have one for X7 by now. They are different in focus, but you wanted info on a second book. I use Ken's book more than Diane's. I just wish people would just answer your requests. Good luck and enjoy PSP.
