I-Pad Question--Help

I subscribe to several digital photo magazines. In one case I saw a red dot next to my inbox with the number 1 in the center. I clicked on it and saw the message, read it, and clicked on cancel. Now I do not know how to remove the red dot and empty the inbox. Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Clixpix, we need more information. Is the Inbox you are referencing related to an application for viewing the subscription magazine or your email? If the former, which magazine? If the latter, which email app?

Hi Gwash:
The inbox comes up when I look at the Digital Camera magazine. The Inbox is at the bottom of the screen when I look at the Library page. It is not e-mail. Hope this helps

I don't have this app so someone who does may need to weigh in. However, you stated that you canceled after reading the message. That may have left the message state as it previously was. Try opening again and see if "delete" is an option.
