The boat must have come in.
I got my notification that my new Nikon Cool Pix P900 has shipped and I should have it in my hands Monday the 15th. It was pre-ordered on Jun 2nd.
Gotta remember to get an extra battery and charging kit from Amazon today.
Now the waiting really begins.

Yupper. And just ordered the 2 spare battery accessory kit from Amazon and it'll be in 2 days later.

I have had stuff delivered to the wrong house oce in the last year. The delivery notice was what told me to inquire and the package was tracked down and brought to my house. The house with my number 1 street over had it and didn't say anything to the postman but did turn it over when he went back and asked for it. Another the notice popped up and told me I had received 2 packages from UPS an hour before,I only got one. I called, they contacted their driver and he found it still on the truck. He had two packages for my address and when he scanned one package the software somehow listed both as delivered.

I had a similar experience regarding a $220 radio shipped by CCrane in CA. UPS "delivered" the radio to a completely different address and I would not have known without the "package was delivered" notice. UPS was "not able to determine" the address the radio was actually delivered to, but in the end, CCrane made good by shipping a second radio for free and NOT using UPS.

Please no more delivery horror stories. I won't sleep for the entire weekend. Oh why didn't I do the 2 day delivery?
