1 and 3 both have good qualitites. I use the less is more principle, so I wouls choose #3.

I'm going with number 1, the bubbles are subtle but work with the theme, the jewelry shows up better against the darker background

As a direct mail piece, I would go with the third variation. Good contrast, background less cuttered, shows your art and the graphic info best of the three.
