I love the color saturations! Beautiful!
I believe that your exposures are exactly correct. Well done.

If you are using speedlight (Flash Fired) for illumination, why such a long shutter duration? Which speedlight?

Using the pop up flash, I don't have a speedlight. It was almost dark so , I was making adjustment to see the difference. Thanks for the compliment and as always please continue with the advise.
I'm not offering a critique as such. Using a pop up flash with the 100mm is a bit problematic. What was your power setting? I've gotten past using the on camera flash but when I did I set it to the lowest power output and even then I used tissue and/or toilet paper to diffuse it. I like your attempts tho :-P

Hey, the reason I have them here is for critique. That's how I will get better. After I recover from the shock of what a speedlight will cost I will upgrade. As for the power setting I honestly don't know and didn't know it could be adjusted. Need to read the book again.
As far as speedlites go you don't need to buy the Canon brand. A lot of off brands will work just fine for what your doing just make sure they're compatible with the camera. As far as using your on camera flash. Press your menu botton>Flash control(should be in the first menu)>Built-in flash func. setting>Flash mode>Manual Flash>flash output. This will let you adjust your flashes power down to 1/128th power. I hope this helps
