Spotted on my fence (gotta clean off the algae on the fence soon)... I'm guessing it's Barklice - Psocus leidyi - Female

yes,its a bark louse.i saw a whole herd of them this morning but there was a stampede and i couldnt get a shot

Got an ID from Bug Guide....Species Metylophorus novaescotiae.... At least I got the Family right, if not the species...
