I need to switch my camera from a Stackshot rail, to a copy stand, to a regular tripod fairly often. What is the best system to use, so I don't keep having to unscrew the camera from one and then screw it onto the other? Thanks.

Arca Swiss style plates seem to be the predominate as far as what is common and readily available. No need to get the name brand either, only suggestion I would have is to use the twist clamp mounts not the lever lock, JMHO though.
