I was thinking of a layer in photoshop which could be worked on to add to the picture being worked on... :D

Oh, you mean post-production. I can do the same with Corel PaintShop Pro. However, I like the way the picture is. That's the reason I took it. It just had a certain look that I liked.

I also like the way it is, it is not often you see rain covering a window like that. Makes you think what is behind it...
