Here's a chart showing the failure rate for that camera.

I see the figure of 150,000 bandied about by most of the photo pundits. I am sure Nikon has real figures, but on the used marketplace, people do not usually start getting excited until it exceeds 50,000. However, looking at the chart posted, I would say that if it manages to survive its initial large usage, it would seem to be reliable for a good long while...

Try here for Canon: http://www.shutteractuations.com/canon-eos-camera-shutter-lifetime/

and this for Nikon: http://www.shutteractuations.com/

Only a guide, but unless you are bashing away really hard it should be a decent amount of time. How many shots do you take a week? (Photos, not whiskey!)

Then do the math....

Well let's just say if you took a 100 pic a day your good for another four years at least . And if you took half that your good for a little over eight years . And
If half of that 26 years . I wouldn't lose sleep over it because you may just up
Grade a couple times before you even come close to that .a 100 pic a days is
Thirty five thousand six hundred pic a year . your going to have a lot of pic.
Of your grand kids if you are snapping that many . It takes a wedding photograph doing a couple weddings a week a few years before he's thinking about replacing . But if your 40 or older it should last you tell your at least eighty .

I only take 9-10 shots per week (Whiskey, not photos). I find any more than that and my photos suffer from increased camera shake. ;)

Most dslr cameras are rated to around 100,000 before needing a tune up on the shutter so you're fine.

I've heard that reality is actually an illusion caused by a deficiency of alcohol in the blood stream...

But also, that if you give up all the good things in life, you don't actually live longer, it just feels like it!
