This is my personal once in a life time photo and I totally screwed it up! I was out photographing some dragonflies and this beauty showed up. I missed his first pass which was low and fast threw the yard. I was scrambling to get the camera reset and praying for a second pass. When he showed up it was almost directly into the sun and up way to high. I was just hoping to get a decent shot to show that it was a Swallow Tailed Kite and was just happy to get any shots of him. On the down load I noticed that this guy had a bird chick in his talons! I have access to some photo editing tools but they are really sub-par. I know that you can't make much out of a cow patty but I was hoping some of you guys would take a few moments and see what you could do to clean this up a little. Any help would be much appreciated. I just would like a decent 8x10 to go into my scrap book.

I did a "curves" correction in photoshop which lightened the sky some. I left the original size in tact so you can decide how to crop it for your print. I also got a close up of it so u can see the details. Great shot by the way.
