O.K. Thought I would try something for fun... #1 I captured the tractor and cars and then inverted so that the "negative space was now captured and turn it to Infrared. #2 I turned the whole thing infrared and then made a layer for hue and saturation and took out the green and yellow.

You had two great photo's to work with. These turned out great.

This is what spring looks like right now. I have forgotten what the sun looks like. Memorial Day weekend is meant to be when the waterparks, theme parks, attractions and Trail Ridge Road across Rocky Mountain National Park is meant to open. But because of all the snow and rain everything has been delayed for another week or so. Oh well all this rain should bring some beautiful wildflowers out in the mountains and cut down on wild fires.

What a great series! Very well captured!! Made me feel wet and cold! You must really be tired of all that! Holy Cow! The animals looks so fed up with it all! Sure hope it turns around soon. We had the opposite here. We were able to get into our campground on May 1st and have had hardly any rain since! Almost too dry. Areas around us and into Quebec have had rain...it just keeps missing us. Hope we don't pay for this "luck".

Beautiful peach blossoms, Sunnybuck! Do you mind me asking what kind of camera/lens you are using?
Thank you.

Hello tnt,
Thank you for the compliment. The peaches are going to be good this year. My trees are loaded.
This particular photo was taken with a Nikon D3100 with either my 24`120 mm lens or my 55`200 lens. I don't remember which. Here were my settings: F8, 1/250 sec, ISO 100 with focal length of 60 mm.

I was so excited to see my very first goldfinch yesterday. Unfortunately he didn't stay still long enough for me to get a good photo of him. But now I know he is in my backyard so will have to make sure the bird feeders are full. :-D

Thank you Lorimar, Goldfinch are very pretty and the male is so striking with his golden hues. so glad you saw one! Its a nice experience!
