Thats the point I was making, atheist on here seems to want to remind people that Christians have killed people, no kidding yet they forget or intentionally leave out the atheist have also killed people. the point is why do atheists bring it up hypocritically when they were doing the same thing? I have to also include that there's just 1 issue atheists were killing innocent people, christians rarely kill innocent people.

I don't think it's so rare. The Serbs responsible for the ethnic cleansing in the Balkans were all good Christians and the Muslims they killed were guilty of nothing more than worshiping the wrong God. This is just one example and not that long ago.

As another posted correctly noted no one gets killed in the name of atheism. Tyrants kill for power and greed. Only the devout kill for religion. See the Crusades and the Inquisition.

Except that the Crusades and the Inquisition were about greed and power and religion was just used as an excuse. The Crusades may have begun with honorable intentions but they certainly didn't end up that way.

I'm sorry Bazbo I was thinking in terms of the Soviet Union and said Castro which was in error in fact Castro was pretty tolerant of Christianity especially Catholicism. The Soviets were the ones who were attempting to eliminate religion and in fairness they were going after all religion not just Christianity. As I recall the number of Christians killed in the Soviet Union was in the neighborhood of 15-20 million.
