Lightroom 6 Sync. Stuck?
I recently upgraded from LR5 standalone to LR6 CC. One of the bonuses to this was the LR Mobile app that runs on mobile devices and syncs across all platforms using Adobe's cloud platform.
After installation on my Mac, I found a new folder, "Creative Cloud Files." This is an empty folder, that behaves much like Dropbox, I imagine. I haven't placed any files in this folder.
Yet, my desktop version of LR6 has a little blurb in the upper left-hand margin of the screen, "Syncing 419 photos." I am connected to the Internet, yet this number never changes, and nothing shows up in my folder. When I close the program, I am asked if I want to shut down because 419 photos are still syncing.
What gives?
For the record, I have searched the Adobe support site and forums, but they are less than helpful. UHH has always been faster and more accurate. :)
Make sure the date or time on your computer or mobile device has not been altered.

Thanks.
It seems the problem has cleared itself up. I went to shut down LR and got a message to the effect that the sync was using an out-of-date catalog. Once the catalog backup and integrity check completed, my syncing started anew.
