In a very rare rain storm here in So Calif this just reminded me of a poetic scene in the Enchanted Forest.
D800E w/Tamron 150-600mm @ 400mm f/6, 1/40 sec, ISO 400, Auto White Balance.
It is set in a very dark area under large trees in the rain.

Nice shot. And I hope your drought ends pretty soon. A lot of my food usually comes from CA. And man can only last about 5-6 days without water. The news in TX is reporting on how bad it is, so I can imagine if we're reporting about it, it must be worse than we know. Good luck from TX.

Thank you Dan and yes water rationing has starting in a lot of places and will be the norm State wide very soon.
The State has a rationing request now and will probably make it law in the not to distant future.

Nice shot. Be thankful for the rain. California needs it badly. Hope you get more rain, but not enough to cause mudslides which happen quite often in California because of droughts.
