I needed a couple of Blue Jay shots for my bird collection and the ones at
my feeders are just to wild to do much with. I remembered a small
drainage ditch I saw a few at last year at our county park. I set up a
folding stool behind an old stump and watched the show. I was amazed
at how many different species came to play in the water. 1Dx 100-400L II
with 1.4XIII extender hand held. mdh

A ditch shouldn't be hard to find and check with B&H Photo they are
running some refurbished ones at a wonderful price right now. mdh

I gotta find me a ditch to watch. These are great shots again. I would love to get some bathing birds for my collection.
