I found about Adorama here on UHH and bought a used DSLR and new lens from them. I spoke with Frank from the used dept. about the camera and he was most helpful, the purchase arrived in three days. After owning it for a while, I decided it wasn't a good fit for me...too bulky and heavy. I researched mirrorless cameras and decided on one and mailed back all the previous equipment to Adorama after filling out a simple form. Eight days from the time I sent it, my CC was refunded and I went ahead with the new camera which arrived in two days...free shipping to boot.
I know there are other many other choices to shop out there, B+H is another good one and Amazon, my favorite online store had almost the same deal with the same return policy but would they answer questions if I had a problem with the equipment?? So I thought I'd put in a plug for Adorama who has given this customer 100% satisfaction. :thumbup:

You can't go wrong with any of the big 3 or 4 vendors. They always get glowing reviews around here. I've done well with each of them and KEH for used equipment. Thanks for sharing how well they took care of you.

Not sure about Amazon but B&H has a no questions asked 30-day return policy. ;)

Giving credit to those whom are worthy is a noble thing. I have had similar positive experiences with Adorama. Seems there are but a handful of reputable retailers out there. Adorama helps to restore my faith. I've also had good experiences with Cameta and B&H.....and MT Shooter too!

I've been dealing with B&H, Adorama, and keh for many years without a problem. I recommend them all the time.

I bought a Benro tripod, Lowepro 400 and a bunch of other stuff from them. Never had a problem.

I tend to buy from B&H and Adorama most of the time. Occasionally I'll buy from Amazon if there is a particularly good deal on something I need.
