Yes, what memories. Got my when I was stationed in Sinop, Turkey in 1967. Also had a telephoto lens I could attach in place of the basic lens. Hard time getting film cartridges and getting film developed but was great to use for candid street photography which was difficult in the very primitive village where we were stationed. Pictures were never that good but I still have a few. Finally donated mine--along with all my SLR film camera stuff to the local College photo department. They were happy to have it as part of a display. Thanks for bringing back the memories--I didn't realize Minolta had sold so many of these.

My girlfriend bought me one for Christmas . I ended up marrying her. Loved it but it really was the stimulant to get me into Minox. Had several including the c with all the spy attachments : right angle mirror. Binocular clamp etc. still have the c in my camera drawer along side many others including Olympus XA. Great little camera.

Thanks Magicman, I didn't know they made so many attachments.

Correct ... and if you get rid of it you are going to want/need it ... or it will then become a must have collectable ...

It's unreal how often this happens. I've got stuff that I haven't used in 20 years but as soon as I get rid of it a need will arise. Really weird.

I have one also and was wondering the same thing ... ! Checking eBay I found them listed from $2.00 to $90.00 ... but I did not find any selling.

I guess I'll just hang on to it ... dosen't take up much space (like the PhotoSniper does) ...

I have one of those. It works great. Took a photo of Frank Zappa during a concert, where no cameras were allowed. Also, took photos which were later used in a trial and helped in getting a conviction. I still have it.

Frank was one of the most creative musicians. He wrote some very off the wall stuff. Some years ago, there was a rather large group of people, mostly notable in their fields. They were asked to list the 10 most influential people they could think of. The lists of people varied, but two individuals appeared on everyone's list, Albert Einstein and Frank Zappa.

No problem, Wes. It just surprised me that you hadn't heard of him. I'll look up some links and send them to you.
