I see you have that great Squirrel Buster II. I have two. They sure do work... don't they.

Wingclui, no. These were taken with my D600. The sun is starting to burn through the morning overcast as I am typing. In about an hour it should be nice enough to shoot. I'll be using the Df today, I'm looking forward to seeing how they come out.

Cool!
You know why I asked, because i want to compare the zoom to the 300mm prime using on the Df. I brought the prime with the 1.4x converter over this zoom for the cheaper price as well as the aperture ring on the prime. You know, i like to use aperture ring for aperture adjustment, it's faster and error free! That's why all my lenses are "D"-type, not "G". Too bad, now all the new lenses are "G". it will be no choice for me if I need to buy new lens but I will look for the older version first before make a decision.
Here's one shot using the 300mm+1.4x converter.

Very nice! Well done...I think you have the beginnings of a long and beautiful relationship. Love 'em all but the one where the woodpecker is leaving the feeder is simply magnifique!
