New Dallas Skyline Location....
The main span of the new Sylvan St. bridge across the Trinity finally opened. It's a great spot for skyline shots.....

I have edited your photo and added night time clouds. Would be happy to post if that would meet your approval.

Didn't take but a couple seconds to replace the sky and adjust the density of the layer mask in PS CC.
If you like it; you may use it as you wish.

I like it but it seems to have picked up some artifacts???

Probably; was working from the downloaded JPG from UHH. Would have been much better working with a RAW or DNG file. I don't know how much downgrading the website does to uploaded photos.
After relooking at it, the artifacts were caused by the selection by color process, my saving the file as a JPG with medium compression, forum JPG handling/resizing <?> and I was not creating an important image for commercial use. I would have spent far more time working on it.
Just an attempt to put clouds in your photo.
Couple extra minutes spent working on artifacts in the sky
